5,000 tons per year. The global demand for renewable carbon exceeds billions of tons per year – now!

We discovered early on that the renewable carbon industry's challenge will be to scale up production to meet the large and growing demand. We spent the last four years successfully evaluating manufacturing and emissions compliance technologies that can scale to meet the demand of large and diverse markets. AEONIAN technology solution is now patented.


Renewable carbon is produced from agriculture, forestry, and other waste streams creating a circular and climate-friendly industry. Aeonian biocarbon can be used as bioenergy, as a component in the metal industry, and as an amendment to the soil.

BIO ENERGY

Using dried wood as fuel accounts for one-tenth of all energy production. Renewable carbon for fuel or bio-coal consists of up to 25% higher energy value than dried wood and is therefore more effective to create power and heat.

METAL INDUSTRY

The metal industry is on a journey to reduce carbon emissions by replacing fossil coal with e.g., hydrogen, however, carbon is always required in the metal industry processes. 

 

CARBON SINKS

Renewable carbon is mixed with soil enabling storage of water and nutrients which increases the production of the soil. Biochar captures carbon in the air and stores it for centuries. Biochar can also be mixed into building materials such as asphalt, concrete, polymers, etc., making them more sustainable.
